Course Description:

Mechanical Insulation: Energy Efficiency, Health Safety Identification and Firestopping

Course Objectives:

It will touch on energy savings on mechanical systems through results of past energy assessments (figures derived from the DOE), diagrams on expectations of properly insulated piping systems and equipment (National a Commercial and Industrial Insulation Standards) with real world photos. The second part of our presentation will discuss Health Safety expectations with regards to encapsulation of rooms for hazardous removal (asbestos removal) as well as firestopping application.
