2012 IRC Fundamentals: Mechanical, Fuel Gas, Plumbing and Electrical Provisions 0.6 ICC CEU
This seminar covers the fundamental concepts contained in the mechanical, fuel gas, plumbing and electrical provisions of the 2012 International Residential Code (IRC). Although the course focuses on the most important code topics, each of the four areas are covered extensively.

Bill has a broad base of experience as facilities manager, general contractor, inspector, plan reviewer, building official, author, and code instructor. In addition to his regular duties which involve the day-to-day application of the codes, Bill has had the privilege of working with ICC training for over 10 years as curriculum developer, subject matter expert, technical reviewer, and instructor. As an instructor, Bill has had the opportunity to teach both in the United States and internationally. Bill is the author of the IECC portion of Significant Changes to the International Energy Conservation Code and ANSI/ASHRAE/IES Standard 90.1.
Bill is a past president of Suburban Building Officials Conference (SBOC) and a state of California certified Safety Assessor.
Bill currently serves on four U.L. Standards Technical Panels, and as a Building Codes Advisory Commissioner for Oak Park, IL.
Bill has also served as a FEMA habitability inspector/field supervisor, a resource consultant on environmental issues and participated in the development and implantation of community emergency/disaster plans.
